Welcome to Meep Tech. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Meep Tech ("we", "us", "our") provides web development, maintenance, SaaS solutions, WordPress plugins, and related technology services to businesses worldwide.

2. Services

We offer various services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development (React, Next.js, WordPress, Strapi)
• Custom web applications and SaaS solutions
• Website maintenance and support
• WordPress plugins (including AI Translator for Elementor & Polylang)
• Custom integrations and API development
• E-commerce solutions
• Marketing research and consultation

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. WordPress Plugin - Meep AI Translator

3.1 Usage Limits

Our Meep AI Translator plugin has monthly word limits based on your plan:

• Free Plan: 1,800 words per month
• Starter Plan: 18,000 words per month
• Agency Plan: 89,000 words per month (up to 10 sites)
• Enterprise Plan: 355,000 words per month (unlimited sites)

Word counts reset on the first day of each month. Unused words do not carry over.

3.2 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Translations are processed through OpenAI's API, which is subject to their availability and terms of service.

3.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you translate. We do not review, edit, or control the content processed through our plugin. You must ensure your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

3.4 Translation Accuracy

While we use advanced AI technology (OpenAI GPT-4), we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of translations. You should review and edit translations as needed for your specific use case.

4. Payment Terms

Pricing: All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and may be subject to taxes. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for existing customers.

Subscriptions: Plugin subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new plugin purchases. Refunds are not available for renewals or custom development work.

Late Payments: For custom services, invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Abuse, harass, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to bypass usage restrictions
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create or translate using our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.

Our Software: Our plugins, code, and services are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software according to your plan.

Custom Work: For custom development projects, upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom code created specifically for your project. Generic components and methodologies remain our property.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty: We warrant that our services will substantially conform to their documentation. This warranty is void if you modify our code or use services in an unsupported manner.

Disclaimer: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, COMPLETE SECURITY, ERROR-FREE PERFORMANCE, OR SPECIFIC RESULTS.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services (OpenAI, hosting providers, etc.) beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEEP TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Termination

By You: You may cancel plugin subscriptions at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, abuse our services, or fail to pay. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our services ends immediately. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments.

10. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.

For plugin users, we collect only minimal data necessary to provide the service (website URL, word counts, license information). We do not store your translated content.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meep Tech operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, as applicable.
